Ruyilun Temple is also known as the "Frog Temple". Since the abbot brought back a jade frog from China, the temple has accumulated 10,000 frog ornaments. Wind chimes have the function of warding off evil spirits. Thousands of wind chimes are decorated in the temple, with wishes for a safe summer written on them. The colorful paper strips pasted on the wind chimes swaying in the wind are very beautiful and photogenic. The cool sound makes people forget the summer heat.
[Mameda-cho Shopping Street] Mameda-cho started in Edo and retains the streetscape of the Edo period, making it a very popular tourist attraction. There are many merchant houses and warehouses at that time, and these ancient streetscapes have been carefully preserved and won the "Beautiful Streetscape Award" awarded by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. It has also been selected as an important preservation area for traditional buildings.
