The main residence, a nationally registered tangible cultural property, is used to serve Japanese dinner made with locally produced ingredients, limited to 20 people per day. Drinks include Yukimuro wine, which is very difficult to obtain. The garden is illuminated at night and musicians active in Joetsu City are invited to perform live, creating a special space where you can enjoy your meal.
