He goes to Osatsube Fishing Port in Minamikayabe, a treasure trove of delicious seafood, to buy, and the local fresh fish he purchases with a keen eye is prepared into beach dishes and local dishes☆ Even when the sea is rough and there is nothing in the market due to a storm, the owner has his own route, so you can enjoy fresh seafood! And when it comes to Hakodate, it's all about "live squid sashimi". At our restaurant, we directly purchase the best squid caught that day.
