Jinenjo-an is a restaurant that takes pride in its freshly made soba noodles and wild yam dishes, which were featured on "Tokumitsu-san's Detour Trip on the Bus". They use Hokkaido Kita-Wase wheat. They make two types of soba noodles every day in the soba workshop in the store: "Thin" 28% soba noodles that are easy to swallow and crisp, and "Strong" thick soba noodles that have a nice texture. They change the origin and brand depending on the season, and deliver the most delicious freshly made soba noodles of the season.
