The finest Tajima beef is charcoal-grilled in a hearth kiln. Enjoy the rich flavor and delicate texture of the meat, the finest luxury. Tsukiji Steak George was founded in 1984. As a branch of Shimbashi Tamuracho's "Ribpi", it only uses purebred Tajima beef heifers that have met strict standards. They are particular about the bloodline, age at which they were fattened, and the producer, and while following the same tradition as the main store, they offer dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, such as thick-cut steaks made in a full-scale hearth kiln using the finest Kishu Binchotan charcoal, and salmon that is smoked at high temperature, one fish per week.
