Welcome to Hibinoryori Viola, where everyday dining meets quality. “Viola” opened in Minami-Azabu in July 2022. “Viola” was created by Kazuko Goto, who was born to the head of the Mushanokoji Senke family (one of the main schools of tea ceremony) and has a deep knowledge of kaiseki (sophisticated traditional Japanese cuisine). Our space is designed on her belief that “the heart of kaiseki lies in home cooking.
