Join a 2-hour temari sushi-making class and learn the basic techniques of one of Japan's most famous dishes. In a group of up to 10 people, you will prepare the ingredients and then create temari sushi. Temari sushi is a type of nigiri sushi that is shaped like a ball and eaten. It is popular because it is cute and photogenic. Enjoy with traditionally made sake. Children can have juice instead of sake.
