- The baths use the famous hot springs from the hot springs of Hakone and Yugawara. You can relax in a variety of baths, including open-air baths, reclining baths, and stone baths, while enjoying the spectacular views of Tokyo Bay. There is also a private family bath, but this is subject to an additional charge.
- From the observation footbath garden, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Tokyo in the morning, afternoon, and evening. On a clear day, you may even be able to see Mt. Fuji.
- It is directly connected to the Yurikamome "Ichiba-mae Station" via a pedestrian deck. It is adjacent to Toyosu Market and has excellent access from the city center.

Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club is a new hot spring facility in Toyosu, a popular tourist destination in Tokyo. Hot springs from Hakone and Yugawara, both famous in Japan, are brought in by tanker truck every day, allowing you to enjoy high-quality hot spring water while in Tokyo. There is a wide variety of yukatas to wear inside the facility, and you can take photos that you will want to post on social media because you can enjoy the 360-degree view of Tokyo in the morning, afternoon, and evening in the observation footbath garden. The facility is open 24 hours a day, so you can choose from three options to suit your stay style: staying in the relaxation room until morning, day use, or overnight stay. There are restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Japanese food, a hot spring where you can use your clothes while bathing in a rock sauna without needing hot water, and a wide variety of wellness options, so you can enjoy it all day long.
