We uphold the concept of contributing to sustainable fisheries and protecting the marine environment, working directly with fishermen to only catch the right amount of seafood. Our customers can choose fresh fish from the menu of the day, sometimes even freshly caught. We use the professional techniques of fishermen to process the fish to ensure that customers taste the freshest delicacy.
