- "Nokita" is located in an alley 1 minute's walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway Dobashi Station and opened in 2016. The owner, Mr. Takashi Sugimoto, trained at "Kikunoi" in Kyoto for 5 years, then went to New Zealand, and then returned to Hiroshima to train at "Santo" and other places for 6 and a half years, accumulating superb cooking skills.
- The exterior of the store uses tiled eaves, white wood and glass sliding doors, and large white curtains to create a comfortable atmosphere. The interior is decorated with light green wallpaper and white wood, providing a spacious and comfortable dining space and an open kitchen design. Allows customers to observe the chef's cooking process up close
