A 3-minute walk from JR Shimbashi Station, located on the second basement floor of FORGED GINZA in Ginza 8-chome, there is a Kuroge Wagyu specialty store hidden in the corner - Ginza Tori. It is personally selected by the owner who has been in the catering industry for many years, and only the higher grade Kuroge Wagyu beef, ranked A5, is purchased. You can choose to enjoy Kuroge Wagyu beef in shabu-shabu or sukiyaki, with the sukiyaki being prepared and served in front of guests by professional staff. In addition to Kuroge Wagyu beef, Ginza Tori also offers extremely fresh crab meat shabu-shabu set menu.
