- Located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Souka is the sister store of Kamakura’s popular kaiseki restaurant Kanaka Souka. The female chef, Ms. Yoshiko Wakimoto, relies on her rich experience accumulated in Michelin three-star restaurants to retain the original flavor of the ingredients to the greatest extent in each carefully prepared dish, conveying the gentle delicacy of women.
- The head chef firmly believes that ingredients are the soul of restaurant cuisine. Therefore, the restaurant’s carefully selected seafood comes directly from Sashima Fishing Port on the Miura Peninsula, and vegetables such as fresh Amagi Honyama aoi are also directly transported from high-quality farms to the restaurant to ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients.

Unique and delicious. The store exudes a warm wooden atmosphere, the small but cozy bar seats, and the Beijing wall exude a tranquil atmosphere, creating a private and pleasant little world.
