  • The manager, Mr. Adachi, studied at the old Kappo restaurant "Fujimura" in Kanda and the Ryotei restaurant "Kikumi" in Akasaka, and gained experience in sushi restaurants and several Japanese restaurants.
  • In November 2013, he opened the restaurant "Naoto Adachi" named after himself. It was awarded one Michelin star for its excellent cuisine and unique service.
What to expect

To make customers feel relaxed and happy, counter seats are set up and they can enjoy delicious dishes prepared using seasonal ingredients by the eponymous chef Naoto Adachi.
