・The driver will meet you the night before using the car! ! ! Add the contact information you left to facilitate the group building and contact, and tell the license plate number.
*Pick-up time is for flights landing between 6:00am and 22:00am. Pick-up is currently open during this period.
*The flight is delayed until landing after 22:00, and service cannot be provided.
＊Services will not be provided for flights delayed for more than 2 hours.
・It is recommended to depart 4 hours in advance for airport drop-off.
・The car usage time cannot be changed within 48 hours before the car usage starts.
・Free waiting for 30 minutes for drop-off and 90 minutes for pick-up. Full refund 48 hours before departure. Overtime fee for airport pick-up and drop-off is 6,000 yen/hour (payable in cash)
・Please be sure to leave your line ID or whatsapp. WeChat number when ordering (after reserving the ID, please turn on the new friend setting so that customer service staff can contact you in time.)
