*Pick-up time is for flights landing between 6:00am and 22:00am. Pick-up is currently open during this period.
*The flight is delayed until landing after 22:00, and services cannot be provided.
＊Services will not be provided for flights delayed for more than 2 hours.- The car usage time cannot be changed within 48 hours before the car usage starts.
- There is a free 30-minute waiting period for airport drop-off.
- There is a free waiting time of 90 minutes for airport pick-up, and the waiting time will be calculated based on the actual arrival time of the flight. Full refund 48 hours before travel. The overtime fee for airport pick-up and drop-off is 3,000 yen/half hour (payable in cash). If the driver has any follow-up service orders, he will not be able to continue waiting and the order service will be deemed to have ended.
