  • Experience making "Houtou," a local dish loved by many people as a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture and popular throughout Japan! Beginners and small children are also welcome to participate.
  • We have a wide variety of set menus available! You can also add on the options of "Chicken Motsuni" and "Special Abekawa Mochi".
  • We also accept group participation such as school trips, company trips, and sightseeing tours.
  • We have staff who can speak English. Customers from overseas are also welcome! We look forward to your visit.
What to expect

Experience making "Houtou", a local dish beloved in Yamanashi Prefecture! This is a traditional Japanese dish with a long history that has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Local Dishes of Rural Areas". Group reservations for up to 20 people are also accepted.
