A fusion of yakitori, a tradition of Japanese culture, and world-class traditional Japanese cuisine. We are grateful for the fruit of the producers' tireless efforts, such as the lovingly raised Date chickens, and fresh vegetables full of vitality, and we use the most delicious ingredients of the day. In order to carefully serve each guest face-to-face, we provide dishes at the best timing for each guest in an extraordinary space with only 16 seats at the counter. I will do my best every day to make the time spent at Tsukiya as comfortable and full of emotions as possible.
