What to expect

[3 minutes from Tokyo Station] Enjoy seasonal flavors with Wakayama's mountain and sea cuisine and local sake. The specialty "Taimeshi" that locks in the umami is also great. Kishu Mountain and Sea Cuisine Guan is a Japanese seafood restaurant that packs the charm of Wakayama into all of its ingredients. We use mountain delicacies (Kishu ume chicken and Kumano beef), sea delicacies (tuna), as well as Nanko plums and Kinzanji miso to deliver delicious treats unique to Wakayama. Our specialty dish, "Taimeshi," is a proud masterpiece made with the utmost care from the sea bream, rice, broth, and clay pot! We also have a selection of local sake from all over the country, so you can use it for a wide range of occasions, from meals to welcoming and farewell parties to entertaining.
