What to expect

[3 minutes from Nihonbashi Station] An Edomae sushi restaurant that has been in business since 1866. Lunch from 1,300 yen, dinner course from 5,500 yen. 3 minutes walk from Exit B3 of Nihonbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Our restaurant started as a sushi stand in Takahashi, Fukagawa in 1866, and continues to convey the deliciousness of Edomae sushi to customers with fresh ingredients and reliable techniques. Our recommended dishes are the boiled conger eel and gizzard shad, which are symbols of Edo culture. Both dishes go well with the rice, which has a subdued sweetness, making them unique to Sushi Tetsu. You can also enjoy them as part of a course meal.
