Savor first flush matcha (the highest quality) selected from all over Japan! Like wine or coffee, matcha also has unique aromas and tastes depending on its place of origin. Let's find your favorite matcha using your eyes, nose, and tongue. During the lecture, you can wear your favorite easy-to-wear kimono. Unlike traditional kimonos, which take about 30 minutes to put on, these are specially designed to be worn easily and quickly. In the lecture, you'll learn about the different types of tea (green, red, Chinese, etc.) and the concepts of "Teaism" and the "Tea ceremony." After that, you'll experience how to prepare the best bowl of matcha using a tea whisk. You can also learn the basic manners of how to drink a bowl of matcha. Become a matcha expert through this lecture and experience!
