- What to expect

1: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-ticket which serves as your boarding pass 2: Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure (we will confirm the location by email) 3: On arrival, present your e-ticket (printed or displayed on your smartphone) at the waiting lounge next to Umayabashi Bridge; staff will usher you on board when the cruise is ready to depart - Children under 3 get free admission, but no meals will be provided for children under 7; however, baby milk powder and food are allowed on the cruise - Menu is subject to change due to seasonal availability - Please arrive at the departure point at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time - This private cruise requires at least 15 participants for Monday–Thursday bookings, 20 participants for Friday–Sunday and public holidays - Approximate maximum number of reservations is 48 participants.
