- In this class, I’ll show you how to make ramen and gyoza from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients—no MSG or artificial flavorings. We’ll knead the noodles, prepare a rich broth, and create delicious homemade dumplings together.
- Our cooking takes place in a quiet, cozy kitchen on the top floor of a building near Shinjuku Gyoen. It's a peaceful retreat in the heart of Tokyo, just minutes from beautiful gardens and the vibrant shopping streets of Shinjuku.
