'- Children aged 0–15 must be accompanied by an adult - Late arrivals are accommodated, but due to capacity and operating hours your visit may be limited to the reserved time period (refunds cannot be provided in such instances) - When possible, visit time is automatically extend if you stay longer than the reserved hour - If you exceed the reserved time by 5 minutes or more, a surcharge applies every 15 minutes - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol between interactions with different animals - Follow our staff's guidance when interacting with the animals to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience - Please be careful as animals may sometimes nip fingers - We cannot be held liable for injuries, infections, allergies, or damage to clothing caused by the animals. - Customers with allergies are advised to consult a doctor before visiting - Please keep your valuables secure and refrain from leaving personal belongings unattended - We are not responsible for any loss of belongings - Visitors who do no
