Our store was founded in the 2nd year of Ansei in Japan. It is located in Edo Kimancho (near today's Kabukiza Theater in Ginza). It is named "Bishou Shi" and has a long history. We carefully select ingredients and spare no time and effort to make Edomae sushi. The restaurant's motto of "presenting delicious sushi beautifully and providing sushi to customers forever" has become our service concept.
