Therefore, the restaurant’s carefully selected seafood comes directly from Sashima Fishing Port on the Miura Peninsula, and vegetables such as fresh Amagi Honyama aoi are also directly transported from high-quality farms to the restaurant to ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
