- This is optional. We can tell you how to register for the lottery of the tuna auction observation. If you want to see from the 1st floor, please reserve your tour by the 5th of the previous month. (Please don't forget that you still need to register for the lottery!) If you lose the lottery, we can still see the tuna auction from the 2nd floor.
