- After a short intro, we’ll jump into cooking — no studio setup here. This hands-on class takes place in a real Tokyo home using everyday kitchen tools.
- The ramen is beginner-friendly and takes about an hour. The main ingredients are easy to find back home, and you’ll also discover a few Japanese seasonings worth picking up while you’re here. Even Japanese locals are surprised how flavorful it is without using pork bones.
- You’ll also wrap and pan-fry 8 gyoza, learning how to get crispy bottoms and juicy centers.
- After the meal, your host (a former bar owner and food lover) is happy to share local tips — from favorite standing bars to hidden ramen spots.
