This sumo stable is a sacred sumo stable where the great Yokozuna Kitanoumi actually coached as an oyakata. This is the only place in Japan, here at [Tokyo Sumo Stable], where you can watch a sumo show in a sumo stable that was actually used as a training ground. You can experience the real history of sumo, not just a stage set. At this sumo stable, a guide will explain the history and rules of sumo in English while you enjoy chanko-nabe. Witness the powerful sight of retired professional sumo wrestlers clashing right before your eyes. Seven people per time slot can experience sumo training. Even those who did not participate in the experience can go up to the dohyo at the end and take a commemorative photo with the sumo wrestlers. This is an activity that both adults and children who know nothing about sumo can enjoy. Please note that if there are few people who wish to experience sumo, the event may end earlier than the scheduled time. *Chanko-nabe is only served between 11:00 and 13:00 and between 1
