We purchase only the amount of freshly picked, carefully selected ingredients, mainly local vegetables from Tachikawa, that we will use on the day. We will transform those ingredients into delicious dishes that go well with alcohol right in front of our customers. This restaurant is a comfortable hideaway-like space created by utilizing our many years of experience in izakaya restaurants, where both the cooks and the eaters can enjoy the day's food, drinks, and time together as much as they like.
