All-you-can-drink for 2 people! Enjoy the amazing tenderness of the ultimate eel, carefully prepared from the moment you place your order. At Unagi Kawasei, you can taste the finest domestic eel, delivered every morning. The eel is steamed until it almost falls off the skewer, and then repeatedly dipped in a sauce that has been handed down since the Meiji era before being grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal, resulting in an amazing tenderness that you won't find anywhere else. As the eel begins to be steamed after the order is placed, it takes about 40 minutes for it to be served. Please make a reservation before visiting. We also have a wide variety of courses that can be used for various gatherings, as well as seasonal delicacies that are perfect for accompaniments while waiting for the eel. Please relax and unwind in our semi-private rooms that give a sense of privacy.
