- We offer the best 60-minute sushi-making experience available. Our experience is authentic in style, incorporating practices similar to sushi chef training schools that charge high tuition fees. This is the only sushi nigiri experience that no other sushi nigiri experience in Japan offers. The venue is a 1-minute walk from the Imperial Palace. This is the only place where you can experience sushi making in such a great location. It is no problem if you are vegan because we can make normal and vegan sushi.
