- Japanese tea is usually known only for brewing and drinking with hot water, but our Ocha experience will teach you how to enjoy it in various ways, such as brewing with ice water, eating tea leaves, and roasting tea leaves.
- Also, in our experience, the instructor does not serve tea to the guests, but rather, we ask each guest to do his or her own tea brewing and cooking.
- Matcha is the most famous Japanese tea, but we believe that you will be able to experience a deeper and more enjoyable world of tea beyond matcha.
