Choose your chopsticks from 26 types of wood and 2 lengths to start the experience. Place the chopsticks on the stand and shave them with a plane. Smooth the tips and edges with sandpaper, then finish by applying oil. The process takes about 1 hour. You can take your finished chopsticks home on the same day. Name engraving is available as an optional service (additional ¥1,100). Staff who can assist in English are available.
