- What to expect
-
A monthly event in Asakusa, held only on the first Friday. JPY 5,000 per person. Advance booking is recommended, but walk-in guests are welcome when seats are available. Same-day tickets can be purchased at the 1F Information Counter. Guests arriving after the scheduled start may still be welcomed, depending on the session. Step inside Kengo Kuma's building by Kaminarimon Gate and experience BUGAKU, blending samurai arts with Noh theatre. This 60-minute session includes an introduction to Bugakuza and samurai philosophy, a live performance by founder Koshiro Minamoto using sword and naginata, and a hands-on segment to try samurai postures, Noh gestures, and chanting. No experience is needed. End with a commemorative photo and visit the free 8F observation deck for Skytree views.
