What to expect

Very popular!! We have started serving our specialty monkfish liver hotpot at Gyoshun. Reservations can be made by phone. Gyoshun is a broker in the Hokuriku region, so we auction the fish ourselves after they are landed at the port and then sell them directly through distribution. This means that we can provide natural local fish and shellfish that are safe, fresh, delicious, and above all, inexpensive. In addition to seasonal fish and shellfish, we also have a wide selection of high-end fish that you may have seen on TV, all carefully selected by our local broker. We offer the highest quality brand yellowtail from Himi, Toyama Prefecture, Himi's winter yellowtail, Echizen crab from Fukui Prefecture, blackthroat seaperch from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and more at prices that you won't find in other stores.
