What to expect

[The birthplace of Asakusa Hitsumabushi] Enjoy carefully selected eel from head to tail. We carefully select live eels. The chefs at the restaurant do all the processes, from splitting, skewering, and grilling. We offer a variety of exquisite dishes, such as "Unagi Kushi," which allows you to taste all parts of the precious eel from head to tail, "Shio Hitsumabushi," which features thick meat grilled over an open flame without steaming and a gentle flavor of broth, and "Unagiju," which has a fluffy texture due to being steamed. The counter seats are special seats where you can enjoy the chef's handiwork, the mellow aroma of the charcoal fire, and the sound of the eel being grilled up close.
