A renovated storehouse that preserves the aesthetics of the Suzuki family, a famous Toi family that has been around for 300 years. Our skilled chefs are particular about their techniques to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The deciding factor is the amount of heat and salt. Heat slowly in several batches. We want you to feel the sweetness and flavor accented with handmade natural salt. Izu vegetables, seafood from Suruga Bay, and free-range meat.
