What to expect

PIZZA surrounded by a wood fire, local seafood, natural wine, and a grown-up trip to Atami. ・The essence of Italian cuisine is to heat the bounty (energy) of the ingredients and turn them into a dish. ・The most important ingredient of our pizza, "flour", was discovered during our training. It is hard, but the more you chew it, the tastier it becomes, and the more the aroma fills your nose. We use flour from the oldest flour mill in Castelvetrano, a famous town for bread in Sicily. ・Our pizzeria's business is to bring joy to our customers by making only 100 pizzas a day, in keeping with the sentiment behind our store name.
