Our restaurant has been loved for many years in Kawagoe, a famous eel spot, and this year marks more than a century since it was established. The third generation owner will continue to serve you the same taste. Our carefully selected eels are slowly grilled over Kishu binchotan charcoal, resulting in a crispy skin and fluffy meat. Please enjoy the deep flavor that is unique to our restaurant, created by the secret sauce that has been added to since the restaurant was established.
