In February 2019, "Yukemuri Yokocho" opened in Yuda Onsen, Yamaguchi City, where a variety of restaurants are lined up. Among them, Izakaya [Yasaka] mainly serves charcoal-grilled local chicken and motsunabe. The local chicken is from Kagoshima, and the offal is only the small intestines of Fukuoka-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef, so it is exceptionally delicious. In addition, a wide range of delicious Kyushu foods are available, including horse sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto. In addition, fresh fish from the local area of Hagi and local Yamaguchi sake are also available, so please enjoy the flavors of Yamaguchi while sightseeing!
