Nikunosushi Ichien Kokura Branch is proud of its melt-in-your-mouth rare meat sushi. The Wagyu beef, which is characterized by its fine texture and firm, tender red meat, is cooked using vacuum cooking techniques honed over many years. Enjoy a variety of a la carte dishes such as "Super Special Meat Sashimi Nigiri Sushi 5 Kinds" and "Kuzushi Sushi."
