What to expect

The first generation chef has been running the restaurant for over 60 years. The second generation chef, who grew up watching his father's back, will show off his skills and serve you well. The main ingredient in sushi is undoubtedly seasonal fish. Enjoy seafood carefully selected by the chef himself at Nagahama Fresh Fish Market, the kitchen of Fukuoka Prefecture, where seafood from all over Kyushu is gathered. The rice, made from Aso Koshihikari rice, is also a great supporting role.
