Foreigners must bring an international driver's license and passport. ・Electric scooters are for one person only. Children and those without a license are prohibited from riding on public roads. Please present your driver's license when picking up the scooter. ・Due to weather conditions and other factors, your reservation may be canceled after it has been confirmed.
