This is a small-group cultural dining experience. I grew up surrounded by "Obaas" (Okinawan grandmothers)—vibrant, happy, and legendary for their longevity. One day, I realized that this lifestyle was not "normal" elsewhere in the world. Fueled by a passion to preserve and share this culture of longevity and its teachings, I created this experience together with eight elders, all nearing 100 years of age.
