- What to expect
-
Located in an easily accessible spot near Kokusai Street in Naha, this sushi-making experience is limited to a small group of six people, making it perfect for beginners. You can participate with peace of mind. The experience takes about 90 minutes. We use pre-prepared ingredients such as tuna, salmon, shrimp, and egg (which vary depending on the season and availability), so there is no need to prepare the fish with a knife, allowing you to fully concentrate on making sushi. Our trained staff will guide you through each step in English. You will gently learn how to handle and shape the sushi rice, and you can sample the finished sushi with tea. We also offer Japanese accessories such as photogenic Happi coats, and our staff will help you take photos with your smartphone, so you can leave with lasting memories of your trip even if you come empty-handed. The ingredients may vary depending on the season and availability, so please consult with us in advance regarding any food allergies or dietary restriction
