Okayama Castle's keep was built by Hideie Ukita and is known as "Crow Castle" for its black outer walls, and also as "Golden Crow Castle" because of the gold leaf tiles unearthed there. Its irregular pentagonal keep platform is also rare in Japan. The museum uses video technology to recreate battle scenes and offers a costumed photo experience for warlords/princess.
