We will pick you up from Beppu Station or your accommodation. First, we will have a Nordic walking lesson at Lake Shidaka in Beppu City, then visit the power spot, Shidaka Hakuryu Shrine, and then Nordic walk to Kagurame Lake, where you will also experience "forest bathing." After that, we will take a car to visit the famously efficacious "Hio Himeshima Shrine Nakamiya (Mt. Take Gongen)." After the tour, we will take you back to Beppu Station or your accommodation.
