[5 minutes from Oita Station, we are accepting reservations for various banquets!] The sun will rise again, synonymous with the impressive motsunabe, served with all our heart! We are committed to local production and consumption, using meat grown in Taketa City, vegetables sourced from contracted farmers, and tofu made with Taketa City's famous water! In addition to the standard soy sauce and miso, we also offer 10 different types of motsunabe, including cheese soy milk and tomato motsunabe, with unique flavors♪ When you come here, you can enjoy Oita to the fullest!
