• What you will make on the day will be a surprise, whether it be pressed sushi, fried horse mackerel, or yellowtail and daikon radish.
  
  
• We eat meals together with the mother in the tatami room and have a great time chatting.
  
  
• After the meal, sit on the veranda and enjoy coffee
  
  
• In the afternoon, you will return to Matsuura city and experience making dorayaki at a long-established Japanese confectionery shop.
