- The zoo is home to giraffes, zebras, and ostriches in the "African Garden," chimpanzee forests where chimpanzees are kept in groups, and flamingo villages where four types of flamingoes are kept in groups. The zoo also houses the Asian Elephant Exhibition and Children's Animal Village, and is home to approximately 1,000 animals of 90 different species.
